SYNTEPORE™

Nanofiber fuel filtration for high-pressure common rail injector protection.

SYNTEPORE™ uses nanofiber surface-loading media to achieve β₄(c) ≥200 particle efficiency in diesel fuel filtration. Surface-loading (as opposed to depth-loading cellulose) prevents media fiber collapse and migration under pulsating pressure. Compatible with B20 biodiesel blends and designed for water tolerance to 500 ppm emulsified water without media degradation or efficiency loss. Target protection for HPCR injectors requires fuel cleanliness at ISO 12/10/8 — achievable with SYNTEPORE™ in a properly designed two-stage fuel system.
