Fuel Water Separation

HYDROCORE™

Coalescing fuel water separator for free water removal from diesel fuel.

HYDROCORE™ uses a coalescing mechanism — hydrophobic media attracts and aggregates small water droplets into larger droplets that fall by gravity into a drain sump. Free water removal efficiency ≥96% per ISO 16332. Coalescing is paired with 10 µm particulate capability to address both contamination modes simultaneously. The drain sump requires periodic manual drain or an automated sump drain valve. HYDROCORE™ is complementary to SYNTEPORE™ — HYDROCORE™ removes free and coalesced water; SYNTEPORE™ provides particle protection for HPCR injectors.
