NANOFORCE™ achieves β₁₀(c) ≥200 for standard hydraulic applications and β₄(c) ≥1000 for precision servo valve protection. The element collapse resistance of ≥3,000 kPa prevents structural failure under pressure surges. Available in pressure line (rated to 420 bar system pressure), return line, and offline kidney loop configurations. Target ISO 4406 cleanliness of 16/14/11 is achievable with proper system design combining NANOFORCE™ elements with breather protection and commissioning flush procedures.
