Cabin Air Protection

MICROKAPPA™

H13-class cabin air filtration for operator health in heavy equipment cabs.

MICROKAPPA™ addresses operator occupational health exposure to PM₁₀, PM₂.₅, PM₁.₀, crystalline silica, and chemical vapors in heavy equipment operator cabs. The dual-function element combines H13-class particulate filtration (≥95% PM₂.₅ efficiency) with an activated carbon layer for VOC, NO₂, and diesel exhaust vapor control. Initial restriction ≤50 Pa allows installation in HVAC systems with standard fan capacity. Respirable silica occupational limits (OSHA PEL: 0.025 mg/m³) require effective cabin filtration in mining, construction, and agriculture environments where ambient silica concentrations exceed limits by 100–1000×.
