INTEKCORE™
Air intake housing and pre-cleaner system for primary element life extension.
INTEKCORE™ provides the system housing around the MACROCORE™ primary element, including pre-cleaner integration, restriction monitoring port, and service access design. Centrifugal pre-cleaners integrated into INTEKCORE™ housings remove 80–95% of dust before it reaches the primary element, extending primary element service life 3–5× in high-dust environments. The integrated restriction indicator port accepts mechanical or electronic restriction indicators for condition-based service scheduling. Housing seals are precision-engineered to eliminate bypass at the housing-to-engine interface.
