Multi-stage compressed air filtration achieving ISO 8573-1 Class 1 purity.

DRYCORE™ addresses all three compressed air contamination categories defined by ISO 8573-1: solid particles, water (liquid and vapor), and oil (liquid, aerosol, and vapor). The multi-stage system consists of a pre-filter for bulk liquid removal, a coalescing filter for aerosol capture (≥99.9% liquid oil removal), an activated carbon stage for oil vapor and odor, and a post-filter for final particulate polish. ISO 8573-1 Class 1:4:1 is achievable — representing particle class 1 (≤0.1 mg/m³ at ≥0.5 µm), water class 4 (pressure dewpoint ≤+3°C), and oil class 1 (≤0.01 mg/m³). Applied in precision manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, food processing, and instrument air systems.
