MACROCORE™

Multi-layer synthetic air filtration for extreme-duty diesel engine protection.

MACROCORE™ uses multi-layer synthetic microfiber media engineered for high dust holding capacity (DHC) and consistent Beta efficiency throughout the service life. The element structure combines an outer pre-filter layer for coarse particle capture, a primary synthetic microfiber layer for sub-10 µm efficiency, and a structural wire support to maintain pleat geometry under anti-collapse loading. Designed for air intake filtration in mining, construction, and agriculture environments where airborne silica concentrations reach 5,000–15,000 mg/m³.
