Synthetic lube oil filtration for extended drain and bearing life extension.
SYNTRAX™ uses synthetic microfiber media for engine lube oil filtration, achieving β₁₀(c) ≥200 efficiency (99.5% at 10 µm) with 2–3× the dirt holding capacity of equivalent cellulose elements. The anti-drain back valve prevents oil column drain-down during engine shutdown, eliminating dry-start bearing exposure. Cold start differential pressure remains below 0.5 bar at –20°C with synthetic oil formulations, keeping the bypass valve closed during cold crank.
