PARTION™ Dust & Fume Technologies

COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

PARTION™

Dust & Fume Technologies

Industrial dust and fume filtration for process-generated particulate, extraction systems and demanding production environments.

PARTION™ organizes filtration around particulate generated by the industrial process itself—fine dust, fume and mixed production loading—rather than general ventilation dust alone. Selection follows particle behavior, concentration, temperature, moisture or aerosol exposure, cleaning strategy, allowable pressure drop, service access and the validated safety requirements of the process. Liquid oil mist and coolant aerosol are qualified separately because droplet capture, coalescence and drainage are different treatment mechanisms from particle-dominant dust and fume filtration.

PLATFORM ROLE

Navigate by treatment function.

Industrial dust and fume filtration for process-generated particulate, extraction systems and demanding production environments.

Dust & Fume Technologies industrial application context
Representative industrial application context. Final solution remains project-specific.

DUST & FUME TREATMENT SCOPE

Match the process-generated particulate to the filtration path.

PARTION™ starts with the actual process source and particulate behavior so dust and fume filtration is resolved around loading, cleaning, airflow and service conditions rather than general ventilation duty.

Fine dust & fume control

For process exhaust, production capture and extraction duties where fine or mixed particulate loading requires filter media and service strategy selected around the actual process-generated contaminant.

TECHNOLOGY FAMILIES

Select the treatment mechanism.

FUMEVRA™

Fine Dust & Fume Filtration

Process-generated fine dust and fume filtration for industrial extraction and dust-collection systems, with media and element selection resolved around the actual particulate behavior and duty.

OPERATING REALITY

Industrial treatment starts with the process problem.

Flow, pressure, temperature, chemistry, contaminant form, duty cycle, compatibility, existing equipment and required outlet condition determine which treatment family and physical configuration belong in the project.

Platform first

PARTION™ narrows the project to the correct treatment universe without forcing an early product choice.

Technology second

The family page defines the mechanism, application context and evidence required before replacement-element or treatment-media specification.

ELIMFILTERS PRODUCT SCOPE

The treatment element is the product. Process equipment is the application context.

ELIMFILTERS Industrial & Process is centered on validated filtration, separation and treatment media and replacement elements. Housings, pressure vessels, collectors, skids, pumps, fans, ductwork, controls and other process equipment shown or referenced on these pages remain application context unless a separate ELIMFILTERS system scope is explicitly approved.

What ELIMFILTERS defines

The page defines the treatment mechanism, replaceable media or element function, operating inputs, interface requirements and evidence needed to qualify the application.

What is not implied

Showing or discussing a collector, vessel, skid, air handler, purifier, membrane train or other plant equipment does not represent that equipment as an ELIMFILTERS-manufactured product.

ENGINEERING QUALIFICATION

What must be known before a treatment architecture is selected.

Process & source

  • Process generating the dust or fume
  • Airflow and duty cycle
  • Source-capture or exhaust position
  • Required downstream or discharge condition

Contaminant behavior

  • Particle size, morphology and concentration
  • Dominant phase: solid particulate, oil-bearing particulate, liquid mist or mixed aerosol
  • Dry, sticky, hygroscopic, abrasive or oily behavior
  • Temperature and moisture exposure
  • Combustibility or reactive-hazard classification where applicable

Filtration & service

  • Existing collector or filter housing interface
  • Allowable pressure-drop range
  • Cleanable versus replaceable media strategy
  • Service access, inspection and disposal requirements

STANDARDS & TEST GOVERNANCE

Standards that govern this platform

This platform inherits the applicable ISO, ASTM and other validated test methods maintained in its canonical Knowledge Center record. Individual family pages narrow the list to the actual element or treatment mechanism.

  • ISO 16891:2016 — evaluation of degradation characteristics of cleanable industrial filter media.
  • ISO 22031:2021 — sampling and testing of cleanable filter media taken from operating filter systems.
  • ISO 21904 series — welding-fume capture/separation equipment requirements where the application is welding or an allied process; equipment-level scope must not be represented as independent cartridge certification.
  • ASTM D6830-02(2022) — pressure-drop and filtration-performance characterization of cleanable filter media.

A standard is applied only within its published scope and the validated product duty. Listing it here is not a blanket certification claim for every ELIMFILTERS element in the platform.

TECHNICAL BASIS

Canonical Knowledge Center reference

Approved treatment relationships, operating conditions and diagnostic guidance for PARTION™ are maintained in the governed ELIMFILTERS Knowledge Center.

Evidence before claims

Numeric performance, capacity, pressure-drop, service-life and outlet-condition claims remain tied to validated product or project evidence.

APPLICATION SUPPORT

Bring us the operating conditions. We resolve the treatment architecture.

Industrial & Process projects are qualified by duty, operating envelope, contamination mechanism, process risk and compatibility before the physical solution is selected.
