FLUREXIS™ Fluid Conditioning Technologies

COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

FLUREXIS™

Fluid Conditioning Technologies

Industrial hydraulic- and lubrication-fluid conditioning for solid contamination, water and selected oil-degradation products.

FLUREXIS™ organizes fluid conditioning by the contamination mechanism that must be controlled. HYLTRIS™ and LUBREVA™ address solid-particle cleanliness in hydraulic and lubrication circuits, DEWATIS™ addresses water in its relevant forms, and OILREVEX™ addresses selected degradation products that conventional particulate filtration does not resolve. Selection follows fluid chemistry, viscosity and temperature, flow and pressure duty, cleanliness objective, water state, degradation mechanism, equipment sensitivity and the required verification method.

Division: Industrial & Process

PLATFORM ROLE

Navigate by treatment function.

Industrial hydraulic- and lubrication-fluid conditioning for solid contamination, water and selected oil-degradation products.

Fluid Conditioning Technologies industrial application context
Representative industrial application context. Final solution remains project-specific.

FLUID CONDITIONING SCOPE

Match the contamination mechanism to the treatment path.

FLUREXIS™ separates particulate control, water removal and oil-condition remediation so treatment begins with the actual fluid problem instead of a generic filter form.

Hydraulic particulate control

For hydraulic systems where solid contamination, ingression and wear debris must be controlled around component sensitivity, cleanliness objectives, pressure duty and flow behavior.

Lubrication-oil particulate control

For circulating and industrial lubrication systems where wear debris and ingressed solids must be controlled while respecting oil viscosity, temperature, flow and bearing or gear sensitivity.

Water removal and dehydration

For oils affected by free, emulsified or dissolved water, with the treatment method selected from water form, oil properties, contamination level and required final moisture condition.

Oil-condition remediation

For confirmed degradation products, varnish precursors, sludge-forming contaminants or chemistry-related conditions that are not resolved by conventional particulate filtration alone.

TECHNOLOGY FAMILIES

Select the treatment mechanism.

HYLTRIS™

Hydraulic Fluid Filtration

Particulate contamination control for industrial hydraulic systems where component reliability depends on sustained fluid cleanliness under real pressure, flow and viscosity conditions.

LUBREVA™

Industrial Lubrication Filtration

Industrial lubricating-oil particulate control for circulating systems, gearboxes, bearings and turbine or machinery lubrication duties.

DEWATIS™

Oil Dehydration & Water Removal

Water-removal treatment for hydraulic and lubricating oils where free, emulsified or dissolved water is degrading fluid condition or equipment reliability.

OILREVEX™

Oil Condition Remediation

Targeted remediation for selected oil-degradation products and chemistry-related contaminants that conventional particulate filtration alone does not resolve.

OPERATING REALITY

Industrial treatment starts with the process problem.

Flow, pressure, temperature, chemistry, contaminant form, duty cycle, compatibility, existing equipment and required outlet condition determine which treatment family and physical configuration belong in the project.

Platform first

FLUREXIS™ narrows the project to the correct treatment universe without forcing an early product choice.

Technology second

The family page defines the mechanism, application context and evidence required before replacement-element or treatment-media specification.

ELIMFILTERS PRODUCT SCOPE

The treatment element is the product. Process equipment is the application context.

ELIMFILTERS Industrial & Process is centered on validated filtration, separation and treatment media and replacement elements. Housings, pressure vessels, collectors, skids, pumps, fans, ductwork, controls and other process equipment shown or referenced on these pages remain application context unless a separate ELIMFILTERS system scope is explicitly approved.

What ELIMFILTERS defines

The page defines the treatment mechanism, replaceable media or element function, operating inputs, interface requirements and evidence needed to qualify the application.

What is not implied

Showing or discussing a collector, vessel, skid, air handler, purifier, membrane train or other plant equipment does not represent that equipment as an ELIMFILTERS-manufactured product.

ENGINEERING QUALIFICATION

What must be known before a treatment architecture is selected.

Fluid & system

  • Fluid type, chemistry and additive package
  • Viscosity and temperature range
  • Flow, pressure and duty cycle
  • Reservoir volume, circulation pattern and equipment sensitivity

Contamination challenge

  • Particle cleanliness objective and ingression source
  • Water form, concentration and re-entry mechanism
  • Wear debris, oxidation or degradation-product evidence
  • Known solids, gases or process contaminants affecting the fluid

Integration & verification

  • Pressure, return, offline or dedicated conditioning architecture
  • Housing, element, seal and material compatibility
  • Differential-pressure, particle-count, moisture or fluid-analysis monitoring
  • Service access, changeout criteria and post-treatment verification

STANDARDS & TEST GOVERNANCE

Standards that govern this platform

This platform inherits the applicable ISO, ASTM and other validated test methods maintained in its canonical Knowledge Center record. Individual family pages narrow the list to the actual element or treatment mechanism.

  • ISO 16889:2022 — multi-pass evaluation of hydraulic filter-element particulate-removal, contaminant-capacity and differential-pressure performance where that element test method applies.
  • ISO 4406:2021 — coding of solid-particle contamination level in hydraulic fluids; also used as a cleanliness-reporting reference where specified for industrial fluid programs.
  • ISO 3968:2017 — differential-pressure-versus-flow evaluation of hydraulic filters.
  • ISO 2941:2009 / ISO 2942:2018 / ISO 2943:1998 — collapse/burst, fabrication integrity/bubble point and material-compatibility verification for hydraulic filter elements.
  • ISO 11171:2022 and ISO 11500:2022 with Amendment 1:2026 — particle-counter calibration and liquid-sample particle counting where the fluid and measurement method are within scope.
  • ISO 12937:2000 and ASTM D6304-25 — water determination by coulometric Karl Fischer where applicable to DEWATIS™ verification.
  • ASTM D7843-25e1, ASTM D664-24 and ASTM D2272-22 — oil-condition diagnostic methods applicable to selected OILREVEX™ duties.

A standard is applied only within its published scope and the validated product duty. Listing it here is not a blanket certification claim for every ELIMFILTERS element in the platform.
