AQUVEXIS™ Water Treatment Technologies

COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

AQUVEXIS™

Water Treatment Technologies

Industrial water treatment organized by contaminant state and treatment mechanism—from suspended-solids control through adsorption, membrane separation and ion exchange.

AQUVEXIS™ resolves industrial water treatment from the actual feed-water condition and required product-water outcome. Suspended solids, adsorbable dissolved constituents, dissolved salts and target ions require different treatment mechanisms, so pretreatment, chemistry, pressure, recovery, regeneration, fouling control and verification are treated as part of one engineered treatment train rather than as interchangeable filter choices.

PLATFORM ROLE

Navigate by treatment function.

Industrial water treatment organized by contaminant state and treatment mechanism—from suspended-solids control through adsorption, membrane separation and ion exchange.

Water Treatment Technologies industrial application context
Representative industrial application context. Final solution remains project-specific.

WATER TREATMENT SCOPE

Match the water condition to the treatment mechanism.

AQUVEXIS™ separates particulate capture, adsorptive treatment, membrane separation and ion exchange so selection begins with measured feed-water chemistry and the required outlet condition.

Suspended-solids control

For particulate loading that should be captured through the thickness of a depth medium as standalone solids control or pretreatment ahead of more sensitive downstream stages.

Adsorptive carbon treatment

For selected dissolved constituents or residual oxidants where the target chemistry, concentration, competing species and contact conditions support activated-carbon treatment.

Membrane separation

For reverse osmosis, nanofiltration or ultrafiltration duties where feed-water analysis, pretreatment, fouling or scaling potential and required permeate quality define the membrane path.

Selective ionic treatment

For softening, demineralization or selective-ion duties where resin chemistry, exchange capacity, competing ions and regeneration strategy define the service cycle.

TECHNOLOGY FAMILIES

Select the treatment mechanism.

Depth Filtration

Depth Filtration

Particulate removal through depth-media structures selected around solids loading, particle distribution, allowable pressure drop and required downstream water condition.

ADSOVEX™

Adsorptive Carbon Treatment

Application-qualified activated-carbon treatment for selected dissolved constituents, residual oxidants and water-quality conditioning duties.

MEMBRAVEX™

Membrane Separation

Membrane-separation architecture spanning reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, with each path selected from feed-water condition and required permeate quality.

IONVEXA™

Ion Exchange

Ion-exchange treatment for selective ionic removal, softening, demineralization and water conditioning using resin chemistry matched to the actual feed-water composition.

OPERATING REALITY

Industrial treatment starts with the process problem.

Flow, pressure, temperature, chemistry, contaminant form, duty cycle, compatibility, existing equipment and required outlet condition determine which treatment family and physical configuration belong in the project.

Platform first

AQUVEXIS™ narrows the project to the correct treatment universe without forcing an early product choice.

Technology second

The family page defines the mechanism, application context and evidence required before replacement-element or treatment-media specification.

ELIMFILTERS PRODUCT SCOPE

The treatment element is the product. Process equipment is the application context.

ELIMFILTERS Industrial & Process is centered on validated filtration, separation and treatment media and replacement elements. Housings, pressure vessels, collectors, skids, pumps, fans, ductwork, controls and other process equipment shown or referenced on these pages remain application context unless a separate ELIMFILTERS system scope is explicitly approved.

What ELIMFILTERS defines

The page defines the treatment mechanism, replaceable media or element function, operating inputs, interface requirements and evidence needed to qualify the application.

What is not implied

Showing or discussing a collector, vessel, skid, air handler, purifier, membrane train or other plant equipment does not represent that equipment as an ELIMFILTERS-manufactured product.

ENGINEERING QUALIFICATION

What must be known before a treatment architecture is selected.

Feed-water condition

  • Water source and process history
  • Suspended-solids and turbidity condition
  • Dissolved ionic and organic composition
  • Temperature, pH and oxidant exposure

Treatment objective

  • Required product-water quality
  • Target contaminant or constituent
  • Required recovery or service objective
  • Downstream process or equipment sensitivity

Integration & verification

  • Available pressure, flow and hydraulic envelope
  • Pretreatment and fouling or scaling control
  • Materials and chemical compatibility
  • Sampling, monitoring, regeneration, concentrate or waste route

STANDARDS & TEST GOVERNANCE

Standards that govern this platform

This platform inherits the applicable ISO, ASTM and other validated test methods maintained in its canonical Knowledge Center record. Individual family pages narrow the list to the actual element or treatment mechanism.

  • ISO 20468-1:2018 — general performance-evaluation framework for treatment technologies in water-reuse systems where that system scope applies.
  • ISO 20468-5:2021 — membrane-filtration performance evaluation for water-reuse systems.
  • ISO 20468-6:2021 — ion-exchange and electrodialysis performance evaluation for water-reuse systems.
  • ISO 23044:2020 — guidance for softening and desalination of industrial wastewater for reuse, including ion exchange, NF, RO, ED and EDI.
  • ISO 25175:2026 — RO/NF membrane-element air-tightness, permeation and salt-rejection test methods within its marine-technology scope; applicability is not extended to ultrafiltration.
  • ASTM D1782-26 — operating performance of particulate cation-exchange materials.
  • ASTM D6807-17(2026) — operating performance of continuous electrodeionization systems on qualifying RO permeate.

A standard is applied only within its published scope and the validated product duty. Listing it here is not a blanket certification claim for every ELIMFILTERS element in the platform.
